Sol, try taking your MSM with food. Doing so is supposed to reduce the gastrointestinal side effects that some people experience. You could start with 1/2 gram (or even less!) three times a day. MSM is just a highly bioavailable form of sulfur. Protein, eggs, and veggies in the allium family (garlic, onions, leeks and chives) are also high in organosulfur compounds.

My good advice and intentions aside, listen to your body. What's good for one person isn't always good for the next.
