Since your machine is unidentifiable it is impossible to respond to you
with other than generalizations.
I wonder if you are using the large heavy print in your emails (which is
considered shouting) because you have a vision problem, are new to
emailing or are simply rude and demanding by nature.
It is obvious that your machine is not up to the job required. Do
yourself a favor and scrap it and get a modern one that comes with
instructions and all and every bit of knowledge and advice you could
ever want *FROM THIS FINE GROUP!*
