It would be pretty easy to set up a wordpress page with a forum on it.
You could also store documents there and have a news feed that we could
use to collect CS type news.
I'm not much of a computer guy, but I helped set up this page:
www.westernminingalliance.org and once it is up and running, it is
pretty easy to manage.
If I got together with someone who knows a little more about the
interenet than I do, we could probably set something up for a nominal
charge.
