You can have your mad scientist friend help, but all you
need, is a 9 volt battery, a pair of clip leads and some
water in a peanut butter jar, to make a batch of silver
water. The Silver Puppy adds an indicator light and an
automatic shut off, but you can watch the silver wires for
signs of a dark coating to know when to stop. Some things
are rocket science. This isn't one of those things.
