I drop two drops of Lugol's Solution on my thigh in the morning. Bypasses
sensitive guts. If it disappears in 4 hours, my body needed it badly. In 8
hours, still absorbed, but I can back off a day if I wish. It always gets
absorbed. I've tried many things - this was cheapest and easiest.
