It’s my understanding that most of the limonoids are found in the white part of
the inner rind. I’d also rinse with a little water after eating lemons as the
acids can corrode the enamel on your teeth. Due to the high mineral content of
lemons they actually make your body more alkaline.

Do one need to eat the skin, rind and pulp of lemons?

Limonoids found in lemons are said to be effective for bladder cancer and
infections. You might want to research this. All you need are one or two
lemons daily.

I had forgotten oxygen therapy. I have two friends with hyperbaric chambers.
I have books on oxygen therapy. I Have two ozone generators for air cleaning.
