I agree with Patricia. Inhaling and consuming the cs should be effective. What are you trying to do? I don't think I have ever heard of cs beingused by IV. Maybe it has but I haven't read/heard about it. I would sure want to trust who made it.. Know it was made with distilled water and bottle not contaminated from other uses. I would not be comfortable injecting itto picc line.
