Hi Jean, Ode Coyote offers a gel-making kit that would make easier blending of VCO with CS. I'd add the Lugol's to the gel before mixing. Also, don't underestimate the wonderful 1oz glass roll-ons you can get on eBay, to make your own magic potions and lotions. CS is almost always my vehicle for all the other things I add. When using oils, EverClear alcohol or vodka makes them more amenable to mixing, but they still need shaking.
