Off hand I cannot tell you specifically where to be a silver treated ceramic water filter, however the best search terms seem to be,* 'silver ceramic water filter.' *When I looked several brands of candles only (without the system containment) came up, and these would seem to be available from say Amazon or Ebay.
Problem with candles only would be that you'd need to make your own system of two buckets, drilling a hole at the bottom of the one uppermost to accommodate the candle. Actually you may prefer to search for water filter systems and read the literature as to whether or not these have been silver treated.
