I see no problem with any interaction between the BS and CS, but know that it is not recommended to take anti-acids (Which BS is) every day over the long term due to the body manufacturing excessive acid to counteract. I would be more concerned with messing up my digestive system. The amount you are talking about may not be enought to be a problem though, I just don't know.
