I'm not an expert but would think that in general this can't be quantified. It seems that much would depend on the quality of the distillation device.
Double distillation would simply seem to be a better guarantee of the purity of the water. And unless I'm wrong we're not talking about ppm but rather TDS - total dissolved solids.
