Thank-you Victor for your reply. This person makes it sound like she cannot
process anything. Do you have a link or a paper I can show her about the B
deficiency being the sole problem? I sure would appreciate it greatly to show
her.
Thanks again,
Debbie

 Hi Debbie,
The MTHFR issue is really just a B2 deficiency (B6 and B12 are related too, so
get all your B vitamins). Nobody would ever experience any issues if we all had
enough of the B vitamins. Concerning CS, I don't know of any research; however,
I would doubt it possible to have any negative impacts. CS is highly unlikely
to impact our microbiome; unless drinking with aloe vera juice or doing some
other protocol (perhaps the baking soda protocol) to drive it through the gut.
CS simply gets absorbed into our blood too fast, or neutralized, and I haven't
come across any mechanism of action that could affect methylation along those
paths. Affecting the microbiome certainly would impact vitamin B status, but
again, that is unlikely, and can be negated by a diet rich in probiotic foods.
That's my two cents.Victor*************************
