The authorities don't know Sandee, so no point in her speaking with the authorities. I commented about this some years back on the List, I had a reply from our TGA and they stated they get information from the Internet...LOL, so they haven't a clue about what we make. But, there is someone on the List here who distributes his machines to a business here in Australia, I won't need to name the individual...Hee hee.
The authorities only know about the so called 'CS', but don't know Jack about what we make in our kitchens i.e. EIS. If she wants to have EIS, she had better get one of those machines and make it herself, as many of us do.
