I have used an Omron one like this for the last two decades:

It is unclear if that unit will operate on 120 VAC or not as it only says supply voltage is 230 V max. The nice thing about this is that it produces a symmetrical on and off.

I just built a unit for my daughter and using a relay like this instead, although I can't find the exact one she got. If I can get the exact one link from her, I will send it to you.

It is larger than the other, and the on and off cycles have to be set separately, so it can take a little effort to make them the same.

In both cases be sure to buy to appropriate socket.

Hi Marshall
15 years have passed behind me pretty fast. I did not even know you could buy such a dpdt cycling relay now. I had made one from a 555 timer on a breadboard circuit board 14-15 years ago. Anyways how would one set up the timing frequency on the new ones. I really am not a electronics type of person. I can do some basic electronics given enough time and patience. I was able to find them on ebay, seem to ship from china which is ok and they are pretty cheap. The first on the list is a Multi functional dpdt relay board, is that the one I need? It would be very helpful in other experiments also. I guess just follow the instructions first.

Also I just wanted to say thank you and others involved for their work on the Document ( The real facts on colloidal silver ). I have read it countless times and always pickup something new. It has helped me a lot though the years. It really should be a suggested read on this list.

Simply buy a dpdt cycling relay off of amazon or ebay, and cross
wire the output of the two poles. Set the relay to switch for
every minute, and you are set.

If that is unclear, search for "how to wire a polarity reversing
switch" as to how to wire it.

Unfortunately you will need to register to see the schematic if
    its still available.
    Good luck.
