Subject: CS>question high B/P

Hi to all you knowledgeable people.

I have high blood pressure for the last 3 month and have not been able to bring
it down naturally. Do not want to take meds either.

Can someone please make some suggestions.

166 over 70 is a weird number for me.My B/P has always been on the low side

Any response would be greatly appreciated.Thank you kindly

Christel
