Shelby, with respect to a 'request', there are only two possible outcomes, either 'grant or deny' the request as you decide, check the definition of 'man' in BLACKS online dictionary, then read the rules (LAW) applicable to wearing a mask and if you can find the legal definition of 'person' you may wet yourself laughing while trying to figure out just how to put a mask on it, enjoy ;-)
