I have two nebulizers. The oldest is an Airial with tube and mask and the other I bought on eBay from England; an Omron Micro Air (currently available at $152.80 with free shipping). I believe I used the Airial system at that time, which means I only really breathed in about 1/2 of the CS as the rest would have went into the air when I breathed out. Jim Steinle
