Hello Theresa, Topical treatments are short term; Blood-born will germinate in the skin again. Griseofulvin topical cream, a pharmaceutical is a hepatotoxin. Killing the growth in the dermis does not kill the spores in the blood. A sip of CS Morning and night will kill the spores.
