If trying this go into it slowly and ramp up. a couple grams all at once when you haven't been taking it could be fatal. I did that and almost bought the farm, My heart was banging so hard I thought It would beat its way out of my chest and I felt as though I was packed in fiberglass and that went on for over 24 hours. After I got used to it I could ramp up to 6 grams without much discomfort. Me reason for using i was for circulation purposes. Dave
