I would warn that not all herbs are healthy for inhaling. Before
inhaling an herb, especially by nebulization, check to see if this is
going to harm your lungs.
I like rosemary and can tolerate it. It has a good ability to
neutralize some very bad free radicals. Its anti viral action is not as
good as oregano. Oregano is very powerful. Im not sure about inhaling it.
The herbs I listed are not necessarily the top recommendations. Im not
an herbalist. If there is enough interest, I can go through my notes
and try to put together something more comprehensive. One of the
things I listed, Methylene blue is a powerful dye. Im not giving the
advice to take it. You have to do research and talk to trusted
professionals.
Given the good response they are having, I would put a priority on
ivermectin. Im going to get the animal grade stuff, but the better
approach would be to get a prescription and go the normal route.
Dont forget the vitamins. Some pretty good protocols are out there and
not hard to find.
Vit D
Vit C
zinc
Quercetin
Melatonin
Niacin
NAC
selenium
nattokinase for blood clotting
to name a few.
If there is interest, I can work up a more comprehensive list. Im not a
nutritionist, herbalist or doctor. It seems like other list members
would be more qualified than I am. But I dont see a lot of
participation. The interest in herbal capped silver is nil.
The main thing I can offer is that covid is a multi phase disease.
Mainly the viral stage, and the hyperinflammation stage. This has huge
ramifications. Dont mess around when treating yourself. Do it early,
take a lot of herbs. That means quantity. Just a few drops of a
tincture....I would not rely on that kind of dosage that people might
ordinarily take.
Dont rely on anything I have said, you have to do your own research, and
the best would be to find a good physician knowledgeable in your area of
interest. I know the infection fatality rate is very low, the danger
to healthy people up to about age fifty is very low. But If you are
older, the danger is very real. I hear talk about not having a flu in
so many years, and 'we are healthy' and so on. Thats good but it can be
a dangerously cavalier attitude. It might be better if you HAD had the
flu recently, especially a coronavirus. A lot of people are older on
this forum I think. They are at high risk for severe covid. I would
not rely on only silver, or only one herb. Or thinking you can fly
through this with a few cups of tea.
Btw, someone has the tag line that the terrain is everything, the
microbe nothing. But if one really has this attitude, why even use
silver as an antibiotic? The point I would make is that to avoid
illness we should be healthy, yes, but also we can use herbal tools and
the silver as a tool to be healthy and to fight microbes also. Nothing
is a panacea. Even medicines can enter the picture, like ivermectin
and steroidal anti-inflammatories. When one is in the thick of a life
and death battle, our pre conceived ideas may change.

You mention herbs and your humidifier
My experience is that unless a humidifier is specially made for the
job, herbs can ruin it. Especially citrus oils, they destroy the plastic
Probably one of the main important points about self treating covid is
that you have to do it early, and go all out. No messing around.
Look up the Math+ protocol, get some ivermectin and some herbs and
whatever else you want to be armed with.
Covid is a two or three stage disease. A viral stage...in the first
week you have the chance to fight the virus or viruses and bacteria.
A dilute iodine nasal spray is an option. You can look up all these
ideas. PubMed is one of my go to sources. Every study should be
taken with a grain of salt.
You maybe know Mercola was big on inhaled hydrogen peroxide. Get an
enhaler. Mine cost about $40. Works
The herbs that are strong anti viral and immune enhancement herbs may
not be what you want after the first week or so. Then you want to
calm the immune response. But now you are in dangerous territory. It
might be time to find a doctor, and take a steroid anti inflammatory,
and whatever else. Your choice of doctors will be crucial
If you are determined to go at it alone, dont skimp on herbs. I
would be thinking in terms of quart + quantities of teas per day.
I have lots of data but it is time consuming to put it together into a
protocol with appropriate time windows.
The third stage is blood clotting. I like nattokinase.
Here are some herbs. There are more. Get some, take a LOT. A few
might have contra indications. You are on your own. For example, too
much licorice can deplete potassium. Im personally not very worried
about herbs too much because its the drugs that do all of the
killing. I find that healing oneself with herbs is very difficult.
The results seem slow and often non existent. Often, more herbs are
needed, in conjunction with a super clean diet, fasting, fresh air and
some sunshine. Laying in a closed bedroom hour after hour is disaster.
Holy Basil
boswellia serrata
licorice
Andrographis paniculata
cats claw
oregano
magnolia and hydroxyapitite sequester endotoxin, in case there is a
bacteria in the blood component
