Jean, Its all about military use but I think that it should be illegal world-wide or face capital punishment. Because as you said, it could leak and cause what we are having to go through now or WORSE!
Having said that, I believe that the coronavirus was weaponized strictly for profits 1st and depopulation 2nd. It was not meant for war. And 3rd to test IoT (Internet of Things) with 5G being quickly installed as the pandemic was breaking out and the lockdowns began. Have you looked at a Wireless Coverage Map lately? The saturation now of 5G is mind-blowing. In my area, there are very few places that it doesn't cover. So they can track you if they want as well as get support from a whole host of devices around you so that data will be sent along with your personal signal to the network. That's where I see it going. It's the beginning of your permanent digital I.D. with financial and health information next.
