It is generally accepted that using small letters is easier to read.  A few may
find it different, but most find all caps more difficult.  But when I read all
caps, I read it as being yelled at.  If used sparingly as appropriate like
below, it adds emphasis.  But all caps make it more like I am being yelled at.
