Thank you all for the information comparing Ionic to colloidal. I still have trouble with deciding which is more likely to heal and which is more likely to turn me blue. HOWEVER...she said loudly, :o) I am not taking huge amounts, so I wonder if it is essential for me to grasp the material in total.
