Hey list...

I was wrong in stating copper is needed only in microgram amounts.  Never 
assume anything.  I looked at my vitamins: 2 mg. , and you take 3 daily. 
  Fortunately, I decided that is the only mistake I need to make.

Always be careful and do research on any metallic mineral supplement you're
thinking of using. They all have a limit at which they become toxic. With
copper, I believe that the recommended daily dose is 3 mg. Copper is 
necessary
in the body, but not very much.
