You're welcome for my postings. The EDTA pulls heavy metals from the tissues and the diatomaceous earth gets rid of the parasites. Parasites often DO NOT show up in stool OR blood tests, which makes them very unreliable. Where there are heavy metals there are usually -- if not always -- parasites (hence the diatomaceous earth and EDTA are in the same formula.); so it can't hurt to work on getting rid of both at the same time. Incidentally, since diatomaceous earth has sharp (albeit microscopically sharp) edges, NEVER open the capsule or allow the dust to get in your mouth or lungs. Once it's in your digestive tract, you're fine. Good luck. I am feeling so much better with the capsules I'm taking. I do two a day instead of four, which is working well right now.
