CS>500ppm CS

Hello List,
On vacation recently I purchased a 4oz bottle of 500 ppm CS manufactured by 
"Innovative Natural Products". The lady at the store told me not to take it 
every day. The label says it is ok for every day. The instructions read, 
"Adults: 1/2 teaspoon in 6oz water daily." I took some this morning per the 
instructions. Is anyone familiar with this product. 
Any guidance would be appreciated.
