You've gotten several different answers from other members of the
list. And each answer is correct in it's own set of circumstances.

Probably the best answer to the  question you asked is *no*, we
don't and cannot know, unless someone here happens to have bought
the same brand and has experience or test results to share.

Nearly all the preparations we're experienced with here are made by 
electrolysis in water and turn out clear, ranging from colorless to 
light amber. They range from a few ppm to a few tens of ppm.

The product you're describing could be made by some different
process, could contain additives, or could just be expensive colored
water. It could be perfectly safe and effective -- or not.

Since there are *no* standards for producing and selling CS, it's 
easier to know what you're getting from a trusted friend or a vendor 
that you know than from the shelf of the health food store.
