Hi Diane, I have seen one young man benifit greatly by spraying his face with 10 mg/L CS, a couple of times a day. I suspect adding MSM would make it work better. He did not take the silver internally, and that may help also.
In my observation CS helps any sort of skin infection or rash; usually eliminating it in a few days. One apparent fungal infection on my skin took a couple of months to be completely eliminated, but it was very virulent, and the spreading was stopped quickly. The infection seemed to go deep, and took longer than usual to be eliminated. It was on my lower leg near the top of my socks. I also spread a bit to my crotch. I was a bit suprised at how long it took, compared with all other experiences. Making steam with CS would probably leave the CS behind in the still pot, producing distilled water, so that is probably not a good method.
