Question about the CS PRO Pulse-Phasic AC Process. This unit claims to perform much better than LVDC units, and almost as good as HVAC generators. It uses 3 electrodes: generator, catalyzer, and filter electrodes. I presume there is some polarity switching on at least two of the electrodes.
Can someone technically explain the principle of operation? Has someone verified the improved product this unit is supposed to make? I don't doubt the claims, but I would like to understand what is different about it as compared to LVDC. Thanks, Steve Young
