She was sick for 3 or 4 years before starting the CS. After about 6 months on the CS she switched to the 4 step protocol, and was symptom free in about a month.
The CS was the Silver Lightning brand, HVAC 5 ppm. She was taking a couple of ounces a day. I would take 2 or 3 times a day. Also I would take it on an empty stomach or with just water. I would avoid taking it with anything that is acid.
