I am only speculating here. Any thoughts out there? rob >>
Rob: I asked a similar question with regard to children AND adults. And I'm not sure we reached any sort of consensus. However, Ivan's views gave us at least a starting point. Unfortunately, he himself, frequently violates the very strategy he outlined for the rest of us. Therefore, I'm very interested in revisiting this issue. So allow me to climb on board with you... Assuming you're healthy at the moment, wouldn't it be better to take as little CS and as infrequently as possible (again, barring any ominous threat from your environment) for the same reason suggested by Rob? Then when you feel yourself coming down with something, that's the time to use CS liberally and also make every effort to invigorate your immune system with herbs, garlic and a host of other excellent remedies repeatedly mentioned on this forum.
