It is Rapeseed. Much is grown in Canada, hence "Can-oil". Most is
genetically engineered. It is an industrial penetrating oil. I do not
have hard proof, but until I can find more information, I am avoiding it.

Search for "Mary Enig". The rise of heart attacks exactly follows the use
of modified industrial oils as food.

Remember those studies where people at oatmeal and bran muffins and not
much else, and their cholesterol went down? Well, what they did not tell
you was the low cholesterol group had more heart attacks than the ones who
kept eating animal fat.

Subject: CS>Just Say NO To Canola-or Got Lear?

I'm not positive of this one, but could become my next pet peeve. Any
opinions out there on this one?
