Any time I use H2O2 I use only 3% - you need to be careful using 35%
as the soft palette area just beyond the boney roof of the mouth
allows oxygen to go directly into the blood stream - spraying 3% H2O2
on that part of the throat is an emergency procedure only, as it sends
oxygen directly to the brain. [According to what I've read.]

Surprisingly, one or two drops of H2O2 in your ear while your head is
tilted to the opposite side [so the liquid will not run out of your
ear] for 3-5 minutes is a very effective way of treating infection.
If there is infection present in your throat for example, the liquid
in your ear will fizz and pop. After 3-5 minutes or when the fizzing
ends - whichever is the sooner - tilt the head and catch the liquid in
a tissue as it runs out your ear. It will be quite warm.

The ear treatment also works to alleviate wax build up in the ear.
Repeat the treatment about an hour later and again after an hour until
the H2O2 does not react. We can buy H2O2 3% in the supermarket.

A guessed dilution may not be sufficient to do any good.

Judith.
