There is an article on how to take cayenne on Dr Hulda Clark's site.

1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cayenne in a cup, add 1 cup of boiling water.
Let it infuse for 10 minutes. Pour off the liquid into a jar with a
lid and store it.

Take 1 tablespoon in hot water as often as needed.
