I don't believe so. I have had to work with drawing perspective for about 3 decades as an engineer. Basically if you want to find the source of light you connect the tip of the shadow to the top of the object with a straight line on two objects, and where they cross is the perspective location of the source. The shape or slope of what the shadow falls on is irrelevent, all it can do is move the point up and down the straight line, the line will remain in the same place.
If we do this the lines cross somewhere underground, an impossibility for one light source, the sun should be up, not down. Thus either there are multiple light sources, or two images have been blue screened together or otherwise altered.
