Boost your immune system with Echinacea - take a lozenge first hint of
a sore dry throat then either drink Echinacea tea or take Echinacea
capsules twice during the day.  If this does not knock the stuffings
out of a cold, continue taking Echinacea 3 times a day for 3 days,
then go on to a long term treatment of Pau d'Arco [Tabebuia
avellenadae - or avellanedae - it is my horror word when it comes to
spelling!].  The course is to take 2 capsules of Pau d'Arco - also
called Lapacho - twice a day for 14 days then 1 capsule for  every
