It is a jab at the scientist's viewpoint that concousness (the mind) is nothing
more than a biochemical process of the brain. Thus the mind is in the brain to
them. But to anyone who has had an NDE, OBE, past life memory and so forth, it
is apparent that conciousness is separate from the brain and continues to exist
even after the death of the brain.

It also can refer to the generalization that all physical matter including the
brain can be considered nothing more than a materialization from the etheric,
where the mind resides, whether we are speaking of an individual's mind, or the
greater mind of God.

Correct me if I am wrong Coyote.
