The spray should settle quite quickly and the air ok to breathe probably not long after the spraying. However the residue will likely be active until washed off by the next rain.
Many people are speculating that the spraying is not for the nile virus really, but part of the broader population reduction program that chemtrails and all are part of. If that is the case then I am not sure what is really in the spray, and the above may not be accurate.
