you eat it - as much per day as you can get down, probably no more than a 
couple of tablespoons - it's for chelating out heavy metals.... i.e. mercury 
and lead poisoning.

I was off the list back in April for awhile because I almost died from 
mercury amalgram poisoning - literally - I became almost comatose before a 
friend figured it out.  

I am on the road to recovery BTW (I am on the metals list now, too) and I 
seem to be the only person on their to have made a very speedy recovery.  
Most of my muscle weakness is gone.  I have lost about 30 pounds, I am back 
to exercising, my shortness of breath is almost gone, etc....  

Cilantro is also good for viral infections - i.e.  CFS, herpes, AIDS...  
there are people on the Oxy list that swear by it - personally I hate the 
taste and can't get it down.
