Hi ther Older Bob; tsk, tsk, tsk, such vitiro !!!!
How many US patents in the electrical field do you have? I have four. I know the concertration of all CS that I make has I use a Hach Chemical Company spectrophotometer. In the last year I have made almost 400 tests. I have been working in parallel with Dr. Bill Biagioli on the HVAC submerged arc method, and we both make 10+ ppm crystal clear CS that does not change color of settle out. It has a T.E. that must be viewed in a drak room to see. The electrical devises in our homes do not have exposed bare wiring that is accessible to the public as does a CS cell. If you make and sell the device and put the proper impedances in both outside lines it could be made safe. But to have a novice try to make their own that could be disastorous.. Murphy's law states, "that if anything can go wrong it will." Just be carful. "Ole Bob" Register Professional Electrical Engineer P.S.
