Hmm.  That sounds like what 3 of the strays had when they first showed
up.  I gave them about 1 ppm CS as their water, and 2 seem to have
been cured in about 4 days while the third took about 10 days (she was
really in poor shape, with sores on her body, listless, etc.  She is
very healthy now, and so are her 4 kittens :)
