Dear Ivan, Thanks for the EFA info. I think I would prefer the taste of EFAs over CLO. But CLO in capsule form might be doable.. I have a lot of osteoarthritis eating me up. I made some god or gods or other mad at mea early in life, as they made sure I would personally experience nearly everything that can go wrong with a human body at fairly early ages.
