I think that ozonated oil is partially oxidized and therefore by
definition rancid, regardless of its purity or intent.

We all know that hydrogenated oil is bad for us for the same reason.

Although ozone treatment has its benefits, I would personally avoid
binding the extra oxygen molecules to a lipid.

Ozone has an extra electron and silver colloid is short an electron.
When using ozonated water internally, wouldn't you stagger your intake
with the silver colloid, giving each substance a chance to be absorbed
rather than creating silver oxide in your gut?  Silver
oxide is not likely to be absorbed by your bloodstream.
