Maurice, Ozone in the air is very good for respiratory and skin problems. Just don't use it too strong. It will start to make you cough if its too strong so reduce the concentration to below that. There is an official limit to allowable concentrations for ozone in air but people are variable. Follow your nose :) Its NOT a good idea to breathe it straght from the generator. Ozone is heavier than air so its a good idea to produce it high in the room and allow it to fall and mix with room air before it gets to you. If you need more info please contact me off list. Tony
