A year or so ago I took two glasses of sweet milk, and added a tablespoon of buttermilk to them. I then took one of them and inserted electrodes and zapped it using Clark's zapper. I placed a paper towel over the tops and checked them the next morning. They had both clabbered. More testing should perhaps be done, but I was disappointed and did not do anything further.
