I would see if the guy knows anyone that has healing hands, knows Reiki,
Christian Healing, or has theraputic touch and can do laying on of hands.  I
believe lots of people can do it, but most don't say anything because of of the
environment.  Personally I know at least 8 people who can do this, and over half
of my friends can.  Anyway, I have never known a case of a migrane to NOT go 
away
upon applying this type of healing for a couple of minutes.

Also check into acupressure or foot reflexology.  Since the laying on of hands
has always worked so well, I have never tried this or seen it tried, but do
recall reading about it.  Massaging the neck and shoulders may prove to be
helpful as well.

Son't know about the stun gun, but the above would apply to her as well.  I 
would
also have he see a chirapractor is she has not done so already.
