Hi Marsha You sound happily settled in Utah but how are the puggies taking the heat? FIR is a Far InfraRed machine per Chuck. I really don't know enough of it's capabilities as I've only had it for a short while. But it has helped the wife's arthritis and plantar fasciitis.
