Marshall, Think meat tenderizer would work on ringworm. I have had some itching wheals on my hand for several days now and treated them with all my usual remedies of garlic and grapefruitseed extract and zapping and so forth and the itching is only spreading and is so intense it wakes me up and keeps me from sleeping. This morning the main patch started to show a ring shape and I had ringworm once about 30 years ago from some stray cats I rescued and I bet my strays that I feed here gave it to me when I petted one. I am getting some relieve with of all things Vicks vapo rub which I tried just for the heck of it, and when the rings started to form I am now using antifungal creams which seem to help. I will try meat tenderizer later and hope that works some. Hard to believe how a small itching patch can ruin you day all day long.
