Cheifly the worst culprit in misinterpretations easily caused by misapplication and inadequate knowlege is the oscilloscope. I call it the devil in disguise because some observations seem baffling. Cheifly among these is 180 phased forms and multitraced forms that do appear at higher frequency sweeps. The great question here becomes can water absorb these vibrations? In my particular case of gout treatment this evidence was spectacular. The device was set to use only one unobvious potential. The idea is to establish a free oscillation on the sample, and so the use of only one terminal is used on the body. Other inductor measurements also show this effect to be true, where what by commonsense should be observed becomes the opposite. The BRS consists of an inverted electrical system. In an ordinary obvious potential system the potential is relatively stable, and a short across those potentials produces whatever amperage demand that source can produce. In the BRS the output terminals themselves consist of the two interior midpoint terminals of two identical 180 phased series resonances. It takes quite a bit of funds to make a wall voltage/wall frequency model, but what is significant is that the source voltage at these midpoints are directly dependent on the resistance of the load. If a dead short occurs what happens is not maximum amperage but absolute minumum amperage,determined by Q squared of the coils in series,as determined by figure 8 tank circuit. With this in mind Alice In Wonderland experiments like that of Philadelphia USS Eldrige can be made, where typical electrical laws as expressed in resonance yeild backwards results. What this means is that dangerous machines can be made according to BRS principles, where if the circuit load gradually or instantaneously becomes open circuit the current demand could cause a meltdown. Since NST's are themselves current limited, this provides an avenue of exploration.
The current method adrift seems to pass the discharge from an NST through the water and electrode as a dead short, with an air gap or as the resistance of that load is made by increasing the use of that air gap. In turn inert gases or CO2 are recommended for the arc not to produce nitrates it its atmosheric ozonation.. or This is the commonsense technique. In the BRS method two identically constructed NST's must be used, each wired 180 out of phase and in parallel to their source voltage input. By doing this we have only made a voltage doubler by use of a center tap transformer schematic. Instead of providing the typical dual voltage shorts that one would image could be derived by both, a single short between the 180 phased NST's is made. Ordinarily that might be a recipe for disastor, but what is added to each side of the NST dual outputs are two LC quantities to resonate at 60 hz, and from their respective midpoints two silver wires make the short between the oppositely phased NST's across the water sample. In this method, provided the LC quantities cause a limitation of current compared to dead short conditions: caused by a high q at 60 hz, the current across the wires on dead short is further limted to the factor of Q squared factor of impedance found in parallel resonance. By opening the wire dead short path across longer lengths of pathway through the water solution to be affected, the source voltage applied to those wires is correspondingly increased. Thus while normal voltage potential methods yeild increasing amounts of amperage as the solution becomes more conductive, in the BRS method only the small osmosis of silver colloids into the solution by total underwater submersion of electrodes will occur by the voltage level established by the ambient vacuum energy used to create it. Thus in a reverse electrical phenomenon, the sample recieves so much conductivity, as when the amperage input becomes minimalized by monitor input the sample is done. The same thing appears to happen with MWO electric field oscillations of water in space, at first the water appears to exhibit a 180 phased signal from the source, and then this diminishes as those high frequency electric fields change the tetrahedral bonging angle of the water molecules. After it has absorbed so much it stops producing that reaction. In the case of my severe gout, the device was turned on, with the arc bars exhibiting no activity. Once I had placed my foot on the insulated plexiglass plate connected to this arc bar, a plethora of electrical arcs took place at this bar. What this indicates that is the water molecules in my swollen foot were no longer structured water molecules found in biological organisms containing the wider phase angle of bonding. A great electrical inbalance of my organism existed, and I would only receive the amount of correction of absorbtion to correct the phase angle as necessary. 3 days later that amount of absorbtion by these effects, was markedly abscent, and no arcing at the bars was observed when my foot was placed there. To recieve further treatment after this point the gap between those bars were further reduced.
