Reverend Crow, Dr. Flick saw some of Becker's original usages of a crude version of the cloth where they were more interested (it seems) in the generator than in the cloth. Yes, with current put through the cloth is releases more ions. Flick's theory (which has proved correct) is that the cloth by itself would ionize an area sufficiently to assist in the healing of that area. This has proven, many times over, to be correct. Of course, this leads the cloth to a much fuller spectrum of usage as not everyone has access to micro-currents in every given situation. That is the beauty of the Silverlon family of products.
